Yes People, we are diving all in...finger licking good! It's actually how most Africans cook and eat their Fish! One of my absolute favourite. Freshly purchased and prepped with slit cut inches apart. Thoroughly brushed inside out with freshly blended spices and herbs. Just let it marinate and marinate...we lemon stuff our cavity before we begin grilling! A delightful fresh smell, did I mention FRESH...HAHA! Served warm, can be eaten hot out of the grill... we are not judging, whatever you are into! Deliciously seasoned on the outside and tenderly juicy on the inside...Enjoy!
